A family story that has grown over time

From the family's first vineyards to international distribution, Parol Vini has built its path around hard work, continuity and a bond with the land.

The origins

1916, the first shop

The story of Parol Vini has its roots in 1916, when Marco Parolin decided to set aside part of his home for the sale of products from the family vineyards.

The business was then carried on by his son Callisto, who helped consolidate its presence in the local area. Over time, the shop became a point of reference for the nearby villages, thanks to its direct relationship with customers, careful product selection and trust built day after day.

The growth

From the 1970s to international distribution

In the 1970s, management passed to his sons Bruno and Dario, who gave the company new momentum by significantly developing its commercial side. Initially focused on supplying local restaurants and bars, the two brothers gradually expanded the business's reach, working with producers from Veneto's most renowned areas and leading Parol Vini to ever larger volumes.

Thanks to this steady growth, the company extended its distribution first across Northern Italy and then into numerous foreign markets, eventually serving much of Europe and the United States.

New projects

From Croatia to the United States

In 2010, Bruno and Dario took another step in the company's development by purchasing 30 hectares of vineyards in Croatia and building a winery dedicated to vinifying and marketing wines produced directly from their own vineyards.

In 2013, Giuliano, Dario's son, moved to the United States, where he founded Parol Vini US Corp., based in Connecticut, with the goal of developing sales and distribution of Parol Vini products in the American market.

Today

A new family generation

In 2011, with Bruno's passing, the company's history entered a particularly significant moment. His shares were purchased by Dario, who thus became the sole owner of Parol Vini and continued the path they had begun together.

In 2019, Dario transferred the business to his sons Davis and Giuliano, appointing Davis as president and administrator of Parol Vini S.r.l.

Today Parol Vini remains a family business, able to combine tradition, experience and international vision. A journey that began more than a century ago continues through new generations with the same connection to the local area, product quality and wine culture.

Local roots, international commercial vision

The bond with the Veneto winemaking tradition remains the starting point of the company's journey: a historical foundation from which Parol Vini has developed an ever-wider commercial presence.
