With a classic transparent colour, with soft greenish reflections. It presents itself to the sense of smell with a pleasant lemon scent, combined with the fruity note of the sparkling wine. The taste is harmonious, sparkling and pleasantly balanced.

Food pairings

It is a ready-to-drink aperitif, ideal for any moment of the day. It goes well with various appetizers of all kinds, but especially with savoury snacks such as chips and toasted peanuts. Also excellent with cheese. Pour “Parol Lemon” into a large glass, such as a Tumbler or goblet, serve cold, pure, adding a few ice cubes to taste and mint leaves. Serve at a temperature of 5/7 °C.
