Sensory analysis

With a classic transparent colour, with reflections tending towards pale yellow. It presents itself to the sense of smell with a pleasant scent of elderflower and fresh mint, combined with the fruity note of sparkling wine. On the palate, a balanced mix and a bitter aftertaste of elderberry, accompanied by the freshness of lime.

Food pairings

Ready to drink as an aperitif at any time of the day, both at home and at the bar. It can be accompanied by quick appetizers, for example based on spreadable cream cheese and smoked fish; also perfect when paired with platters of speck and Alto Adige cheeses. Pour “Parolhugo” into a large glass, such as a Tumbler or Goblet, adding a few ice cubes to taste, decorate with a mint leaf and a slice of lime. Serve at a temperature of 7/8 °C.
